Do you want to keep these Microsoft Outlook contacts yet don’t want to clutter your smart phone? Do you want to delete contacts from MS Outlook yet retain them for future contact? If you answer yes to any of those questions then you came to the right place. Below are a few simple steps to reducing the number of contacts on your Blackberry yet keeping them stored in Microsoft Outlook for future use.”

Step 1: From within Microsoft Outlook create a “Contacts Offline” folder within Microsoft Outlook. Simply right click on the “Contacts” folder, and then click “New Folder”. Enter the new name of the folder “Contacts Offline” and click “ok”.

Step 2: Drag and drop all contacts that you don’t want on your smart phone (Blackberry) into this folder.

Step 3: Sync Microsoft Outlook and your smart phone ( Blackberry / iPhone / Treo ). Your smart phone should have deleted all the contacts that you moved offline.
