If you are frequently in a rush to get out the door in the morning and off to work, but wish you could still have a healthy breakfast, here is a good tip from Real Simple Magazine on How to make a quick breakfast smoothie.

“Put all your fruit, milk, silken tofu, or yogurt in the blender pitcher and store the pitcher in the refrigerator overnight. (You can even pre-chop a banana. It will brown, but that will not affect the flavor of the shake.) In the morning, set it on the blender and press a button for a quick breakfast.”
