If you are a big reader and you are looking for an easy way to read, download, and transport your books… consider Amazon’s new portable reader “Kindle“.

According to the Associated Press article Amazon launches portable reader, “Amazon.com (AMZN) on Monday launched Amazon Kindle, a portable wireless reading device that can download books, blogs, magazines and newspapers. The product is available for $399 on Amazon’s Web site. According to a press release from the Seattle-based online retailer, customers can buy more than 90,000 books for $9.99 each, unless otherwise noted, at the Kindle Store. No PC is required for use, and Amazon pays for the device’s wireless connectivity.”
